Supplies:
Skoal Cans (Lids not needed)
Fabric
Stapler
Glue Gun
Picture
Hangers
Foam
Description:
Wash cans thoroughly with soap and water. Let dry completely, preferably over night.
Once dry, cover the outside and inside of the can with fabric, using either the stapler or glue gun to attach fabric on the inside. The inside does not have to be pretty, as you are going to place a piece of foam on the inside bottom, covering
up the fabric.
Once you have the fabric attached, cut a piece of foam, (Buy at Wal-Mart or Craft Store), to fit snugly inside the can. Take picture and cut to match size of foam.
Using Hanger, punch a hole in the top of the can, pushing down into the foam. Test ornament by hanging on something to make sure hanger is strong enough to hold can.
Once tested, take hot glue gun and apply glue to foam. Place picture evenly on top of glue and press firmly into place.
Your ornament is now ready for hanging on tree.
